Pudding z kaszy manny - Semolina Pudding

Some of my friends ask me to post my recipes also in English, so here it is - the first (and definitely not the last) one - good breakfast idea for the weekend.

Jakieś 5-6 lat temu zaczęłam robić trochę bardziej zwartą i dodawać do jabłek i cynamonu.
Semolina Pudding - Pudding z Kaszy Manny

Already as a kid I loved semolina pudding, made by my Mum of course! - simple, loose, with milk. Some time ago - 5 maybe 6 years ago I started to make it on my own, more thick with apples and cinnamon. Lately I wanted to get this loose, fluffy, more as dessert.
I spent some time surf the internet and I found this recipe that stole my heart (just after my stomach). They say that "it tastes like Landliebe" (a German company that produces excellent desserts) and I totally agree with that!

English version below

Składniki na 2 małe porcje (albo jedną dużą ;) )
  • 300ml mleka
  • 4 łyżki kaszy mannej
  • 2 łyżki cukru (jeśli lubisz słodkie daj więcej)
  • 1 jajko
  • 80ml śmietany kremówki
  • 2/3 łyżki budyniu waniliowego
  • 50ml  wody mineralnej

Wykonanie:

  • 1 egg
  • 80 ml heavy cream
  • 2/3 tbsp vanilla pudding
  • 50 ml mineral water
